These illustrations of the Alice-books are absolutly lovely. I have searched and can not find the books in English. Are his illustrations used only in Russian editions ? And if they are only in Russian, is there any way of buying them from a Western European country. I would love to have them in my Alice collection ! I hope someone can answer to this !!!

Maxim Mitrofanov's Alice illustrations both for "Alice in Wonderland" and "Alice through the Looking Glass" can be found in this beautiful hardback : 9785353070719 . IT'S IN RUSSIAN and the title translated into English is "All about Alice".
There are illustrations on every two page spread. All the ones you see here in this blog and many more. I don't read Russian, so I bought it for the illustrations.
It's a real treat to scroll through the book and enjoy the illustrations. I know the text so well, that I don't need it to enjoy the illustrations. And if I feel I need the text, I take one of my other Alice books to read a chapter or a poem or one of the conversations...
